Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Compute Resource Policy

Subscription plans on CreateImage.in (including Pro Creator, Studio Agency, and Unlimited VIP) allocate immediate digital GPU/CPU compute resources, daily image generation quotas, and permanent REST API access upon activation.

Due to the irreversible allocation of compute infrastructure and instant delivery of digital quotas, all subscription plan purchases and manual UTR payments are generally non-refundable once approved and activated.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Refund requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the administrator's sole discretion under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment for the same plan within a 24-hour window;
Payment was approved but account failed to upgrade due to a verified platform database error and support was unable to resolve it within 48 hours.

3. Account Suspension Due to Abuse

Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g. server spamming, illegal prompts, API abuse, or malicious activity) are strictly not eligible for any partial or full refund.
